What is the quality control process followed at Formentrix?
We have in-house developed experts who have years of experience in web content writing, proofreading, editing and formatting services to global clients. Each job undergoes three levels of quality checks before reaching our customers.
What is the turnaround time?
Please click here for standard turnaround time and pricing. However, basis the complexity of the job and customer requirement timelines will be committed during project scoping. We have a dynamic pricing model if a customer wants project delivery sooner than the standard delivery.
Why I do not find a phone number to contact Formentrix on the website?
Our existing and in process customer accounts will only have the option to contact us via phone. We have a couple of reasons not to maintain phone number in the public domain. One of the key reason is to avoid spam calls. Email communication has a lower cost structure against phones and we would like to be frugal and pass on the benefit to customers.
